Thank you for taking the time to view my portfolio. I graduated from Cittone Institute in 2004 with a certificate in web development and design. As a freelance web designer I make sure that each project I take gets personal attention to detail. To make this possible, I limit myself to only a handful of clients at a time. I do not charge by the hour but by the project. For desktop or technical support (including networking) I will on occasion charge by the hour instead. If you’re wondering what a freelance web designer is, it’s someone that is independent of a larger organization. They typically work by themselves and for various clients and agencies.
We typically take on a full project from logo design, web design, web development, CMS Integration and finally building out the content and launching a fully functioning well built site.
